The hotel is clean, beautiful and cozy. The rooms are very nice and really clean. However, the poor thing was the food, which left us the negative experience. If you expect good food and variety of dishes, you will be disappointed. The beverages were also the lowest quality.

We had a really lovely family holiday at Rodos Princess Beach Hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Rafael, who greeted us when we arrived, and to Mara, the Reception Manager, for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a huge variety in the main restaurant and plenty of choices for everyone. We also loved the pool bar and the dessert and snack area by the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. The pools were always clean, and the whole pool area was well looked after. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was a nice way to finish the day. The spa was another highlight. We had wonderful treatments with Evgenia, who was professional, friendly and very good at what she does. We stayed in a family room as a family of five. The room was comfortable, although having only one toilet for five people was a little inconvenient. The bathroom door also couldn’t be locked, which made privacy a bit tricky at times, but we managed and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The best sign of how much we enjoyed the hotel is that our daughters are already asking when we can come back. Thank you to the whole team for a great holiday. We would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for families.

Wir waren als Familie im Rodos Princess Beach Hotel und hatten insgesamt einen wirklich schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders empfehlen können wir ein Zimmer mit Sharing Swim Pool. Für uns war das definitiv die richtige Entscheidung. Man kann direkt von der eigenen Terrasse in den Pool springen und ist dadurch auch nicht darauf angewiesen, am großen Pool eine freie Liege zu bekommen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt beim Zimmer ist die Tür zum Badezimmer. Hier könnte aus unserer Sicht etwas mehr Diskretion bzw. Privatsphäre geschaffen werden. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein Detail und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht weiter beeinträchtigt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Auch das Entertainment hat uns gut gefallen und es wurde einiges geboten, ohne dass es für uns zu aufdringlich war. Besonders positiv fanden wir das Essen. Die Auswahl war groß und sehr abwechslungsreich, sodass eigentlich immer für jeden etwas dabei war. Bei den Getränken könnte die Auswahl aus unserer Sicht noch etwas vielfältiger sein, war für uns aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub auf Rhodos, haben uns im Rodos Princess Beach Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Besonders die Zimmer mit Sharing Swim Pool würden wir jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium brands extra.

We had a pleasant stay overall, especially because the hotel is very suitable for families with children and the beach is nice, although there are quite a lot of stones. However, there are several areas that could be improved. It is clear that the hotel rooms are quite old and in need of some renovation. The double bed is actually two separate single beds, which constantly slide apart in the middle during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There were still hairs from previous guests on the floor, or it seemed that the mop itself was not clean. The corridors leading to the rooms were also not maintained very well, with bird nests, spiders and quite a lot of dirt. The food was good, but nothing particularly special. There was a lot of pasta and pizza, and one thing that was frustrating was that the hotel did not clearly indicate what type of meat was used in certain dishes. Having to repeatedly ask the chefs about the ingredients can become a little irritating. Overall, it is a decent family-friendly hotel, especially if you are travelling with children, but the cleanliness, room condition and maintenance could definitely be improved.
