“Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. And even though it says it could sleep 6 its only……

“Es un excelente departamento, muy lindo, moderno y con una vista al mar espectacular, está muy bien equipada además de tener una muy buena ubicación, justo frente a Copacabana.
El personal es muy amable, nos dejaron dejar las maletas incluso antes de la hora de nuestro check in.
Todo estaba muy lindo, cada habitación, el baño, la sala, incluso la alberca era increíble.
Muy bueno en todos los aspectos.”

“The room was fine. The hotel advertises services, but nothing works. The workout room was minimal and it was locked. The pool was closed for service. The sauna did not work for over a week. They use facial recognition (instead of keys) to enter the hotel and other spaces. That didn't work the first day either. Save your money. Stay in a cheaper place with just a bed and a bath-- that's all you'll get here.”

“Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with.
Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door.
Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst……
