“Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst……

“Personal vor Ort war ok. Zimmer war um 17 Uhr nicht fertig, obwohl checkin war ab 14 Uhr. Wir müssten bis 18 Uhr warten, das Zimmer war imprägniert vom Desinfektionsmittel, da sie schnell putzen müssten. Die Lage ist gut, sonst können wir nichts positives berichten.”

“Adorei me hospedar nesse apartamento! Ele é lindo, super bem decorado e muito aconchegante, daqueles lugares que fazem a gente se sentir em casa mesmo longe. Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, o que deixou a estadia ainda mais agradável. A localização em Ipanema é ótima, perto de tudo e bem fácil de se locomover. O anfitrião também foi muito atencioso e prestativo durante toda a estadia. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo sem dúvidas! ”

They sent a technician twice to address the hot water issue, although it was never fully resolved. This place is not really suitable for five people unless you're comfortable being very cramped. The double sofa bed felt like sleeping on plywood, and the twin bed was simply a mattress on the floor. The hot water was unreliable and depended on the pilot light staying lit, so showers were hit or……
