“We enjoyed our stay, the unit is as described. It’s a good size and in good condition. The best part was the balcony and view. Improvements would only be, more blankets, a plug for the tub for baths, mounting the TV so guests could enjoy the fireplace, more comfortable mattress, and new ice trays. Very minor items. Over all a very nice place at a great price. ”

“This home was absolutely perfect for our trip to Pagosa! It was well located with it being only 10 minutes from downtown Pagosa and about 15 minutes from Wolf Creek. The home itself was so comforting and inviting. It was very clean, well-decorated, and we were impressed with the amenities and care that has clearly gone into the home. “A place right on the river?? Yes!! Back porch with chairs and a grill. This little place had it all. And the view! Open the windows, and there’s the river. Great communication with owner. Instructions for check in/out were very clear. Would love to stay here again! ”
