“The hotel facilities are very good, the reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall is very good. The only problem is the transportation, i had landed in Alicante Airport at 10:00pm but could find a shuttle bus available, i finally took a bus to be there. As it's only 5 mins distance by car, i was charged Eur 9.00 with every hour shuttle bus to Airport. If the shuttle bus service is charged and talking about 5 mins. i wondered customer needed to pay Eur 9.00 / seat and wait for almost 1 hr.”

“Very good modern hotel only ten minutes from Alicante airport with free parking. Modern comfortable bedrooms with good lighting and quiet rooms facing the town. A good choice of places to eat 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Bonus of a lovely rooftop swimming pool to use in warmer month.”

“Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. ”

“Very nice hotel and an exceptional breakfast. The reception desk is excellent and always happy to help. One downside as to why i didnt give all 5 stars is the towels in the room. They are like cardboard and you could almost stand them up. Please invest in some new soft ones”

“Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. The room was spacious with pleasant decor, air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed . Although I didn't partake breakfast was available at an extra cost.”
