“The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was great, for €12, you could fill up and not eat until the evening. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished, but you could bask in the afternoon sun and will be lovely when the pool is in operation. The beds and pillows are excellent, very comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped, the shower has dual……

“Basico pero comodo. La piscina es pequeña para la cantidad de gente que llega los fines de semana, es mejor entre semana. La toalla de la piscina no la cambian por una limpia antes de dos noches minimo. En recepción siempre tuvimos que esperar, hubo fila de gente todo el tiempo. El desayuno estuvo bien.”

“Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat. And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask……

No amenities, did not feel like a boutique hotel.. just a small standard one, aside from the front doors all felt pretty generic. Slept well and it seems recently renovated, location was great, but next time I'd choose a place with a pool for the price I paid.”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria,all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm.It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.”
