Unfortunately, our experience did not match the listing or the reviews we had read. When we arrived, the floors were extremely dusty, and bathrooms had visible mold, making the apartment feel unclean and poorly maintained. The condition of the property was not as advertised.I privately reached out to the property manager, not to ask for a refund or compensation, but simply to make him aware of the issues so they could be addressed for future guests. Instead of acknowledging our concerns or apologizing, he responded rudely and became defensive. He then made false accusations that we had stolen a TV remote and forced open towel cabinets, neither of which was true.I was respectful throughout our communication and genuinely hoped to provide constructive feedback. It was disappointing to be met with hostility and unfounded accusations rather than professionalism and a willingness to address legitimate concerns.I hope the cleanliness and customer service improve so future guests have a better experience than we did.
