“Pros: The staff were helpful, friendly and explained how to get to the attractions. Special shout out to Vincent who was incredible and patient, he also helped us save a lot of money. Excellent location, all the main places to visit such at Trevi, Piazza Navona, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Rome zoo in walking distance. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Cons: It was not very well maintained or instance there were no hooks in the bathrooms for towels or bathrobes and the decor could certainly be……
