“Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. ”

“The time for checking in and checking out took too long. There was no specific passage for waiting in line. Although there are two to three receptionists, I had waited in one line while the other three hotel guests had checked in right next me. Same thing happened when I checked out the room.”

"This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process.
Next to Newport mall.
With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor.
However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices.
