“Wir hatten drei Nächte in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, wie es auch das gesamte Hotel war. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das täglich wechselnde Speisen anbot, herzhaft und süß. Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass es schon zum Frühstück einen griechischen Salat und Tzatziki, bzw. eine andere, leckere Joghurt-Creme mit Dill und Zwiebeln (?) und Nüssen (?) gab. “Herrliches Panorama über das libysche Meer mit riesiger gemütlicher Terrasse. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. “Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein Fresh-up benötigen. Allerdings: die Aussicht von dem kleinen Balkon über die gesamte Bucht ist überwältigend! Das Bad ist relativ neu und gut ausgestattet, die Eigentümer unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt weit oberhalb der Bucht, weshalb ein steiler Anstieg vom Strand oder Hafen erforderlich ist. Das sorgt für Fitness und ist nicht schlimm, aber man muss es wissen ”

“Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut. Luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das einzige Manko war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist. Somit war er unbrauchbar für uns. Das Wasser war für die Jahreszeit (Oktober) zu kalt zum Baden. Aber laut Betreiber sollen nächstes Jahr ein Teil der Pools mit Wärmepumpen ausgestattet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war ebenfalls sehr gut. Er ging auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Der Standort ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es handelt sich um ein……

This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. “The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years.”
