“I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Columbia, MO during the week of Thanksgiving and had a great experience. The entire hotel was clean, smelled nice, and felt well taken care of. My room was excellent—no complaints at all—and made for a very comfortable stay. The gym was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. It didn’t have cleaning supplies available, but otherwise it was great to use. Breakfast each morning was more than enough with plenty of options. Parking was a good size as well; the……

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
