“This was an absolutely perfect spot for a couples getaway. The next tub next to the fire pit looking at the mountains?? Are you kidding??? Amazing!! Cannot be beat. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Everything worked great! Check in was super easy and host was very responsive. The cleaning crew needs to dust behind the barn door where it meets the wall and the shower needed to be cleaned. Everything else was super clean and comfortable. “We had an amazing stay at the Shenandoah Sanctuary. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host was very helpful in working though a bit of confusion we had around the wi-fi on our first day. The cabin itself is well equipped and comfortable, and the location is peaceful with only one very quiet neighbor in sight. “The view is breathtaking 24 hours a day. You can watch stars for hours, stare at the distant mountains, watch birds and (few) deer. The house is cute, and will meet your needs for the stay. We made it up and down the drive way in a Jetta numerous times, no issues. Wouldn’t test it in winter conditions lol ”
