Room was clean and had all the amenities that were listed/described. Close proximity to city center and Zurich HB. Originally booked Leonhardstrasse but got switched for Studio Apartment Senior. Nonetheless, hotel room was good and clean.

Wouldn’t stay here again
The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around ...
