The room was spotless and it was a great place to stay at! I loved it, the breakfast was also great. The only thing I noticed was that I paid for Breakfast but I believe anyone was able to get breakfast as they did not check our room number.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! Room was reasonably priced and maintained daily, the access to the city and airport by tram (literally in front) is the best feature! Will absolutely book again when revisiting Zurich.

The airport opens around 5am and the planes start landing. They fly directly over the hotel and they are loud.....so beware of that.

Hotel maintenance was bad for the money paid. Water didn’t drain properly from the tub or sink. We had to pay money for the hotel shuttle to take us back to the airport. Disappointing for such an expensive place.
