“This venue is so much better than we could’ve imagined. The hosts have seriously gone above and beyond with this listing. My wife had lots of family flying in from overseas for our little wedding, so you could imagine that we were very stressed. They had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed or forgot that we needed in the beautiful kitchen. The gazebo already had lights all the way around which helped us a lot. The tables and chairs in the event building were far more than……

“This place offers so much for the price with a great location, tidy rooms, and complimentary WiFi which made our stay worthwhile.”

“Very comfortable property with all the amenities of home. Nice welcome greeting when you open the front door. The hosts respond with any questions and are very nice.”

“Loved this rental!! Was exactly as advertised and even better in person! Location is close to lots of great places to dine/visit. You won’t want to leave this resort style property and definitely one to book!”

“Pros: Quiet neighborhood, kitchen stocked with all essentials & extras, spacious areas to spread out, check in/out was easy. Cons: The driveway situation is tight and inconvenient, the property needs some basic maintenance (paint, outlets tightened up, detailed cleaning in corners, spray for insects, etc). That said, these things could easily be overlooked. The real kicker for us was the game room - it looked great in the photos but it is located in the garage - it was extremely hot out there……

“This home was beautiful! And it was stocked with everything that we might need. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to Rockwall.”

“Google really did this property no justice & was totally misinforming. My experience was phenomenal. The outside of the property was clean; well kept; & had plenty of outside lighting. The room was clean and smelled great. Bed coverings were a bit thin; could be thicker considering that the weather has gotten cooler. Truck parking on the property was a huge plus! We would definitely book the property again!”

“The only issue we had is the initial listing. Takes you to the middle of nowhere. If they would make it a little bit more easier for you to find it that would be great. And it was a little hard to get some communication back through text message. The property was beautiful. The home was beautiful. The amenities were amazing. I will be staying again.”

“The host notified at the last minute that I won't be able to stay at the property as he had booked out to another guest. Very unprofessional and a source of great pain while travelling. I would not recommend this place and may likely be a scam. Of note, I checked twice the day before as the host kept on delaying to provide check in information. ”

“The owner allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. There were little details that were nice: snacks, welcome note, coffee and tea stocked - all good the only negative was that we were not aware until arrival that guests were not allowed. Otherwise no complaints at all. It was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra little items like shampoos and pillows that were just nice!”
