“I booked 4 rooms with my families and stay for 3 nights. When we arrive at the front desk prepare for check in, suddenly, all black in the hotel as no electricity at the moment. Then check in spend around half hour to process, its almost 2300. And all the lifts were out of order, I don't understand why the hotel no any notice before or inform guest upon check in. When I ask for the front desk staff when the lifts can be use, he said he don't know, he just a reception staff, we can ask to the……
