“The place was spacious and clean. Walking to all the various shops was a plus. I have a bad back, so I didn't feel comfortable on the mattress. I have my own pillows that I use for sleep and forgot to bring them. It all depends on what your sleeping arrangements at home are like compared to other accommodations. I was surprised, however, with the continental breakfast toast, cereal, juice and coffee. Overall, I was pleased with the efficiency of the service, staff, how quiet the rooms were,……

“What a beautiful place to stay!! If you’re looking for a mountain retreat you have found it!! Far removed from lights, noise and busy!! The food was incredible!! Home cooking to the highest level!!! This is a quiet property. We were in town for a late concert. Owners have quiet hours and late check in was difficult. Male owner scolded up for a late arrival after a long flight delay. And missing a meal due to altitude sickness.”

“ My wife and I recently stayed at the YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch. Here's my take on it: Pros Scenic Beauty: The ranch is nestled within a huge area of rolling meadows, surrounded by aspen groves and spruce forests. Outdoor Activities: plenty of things to do in there. Staff: friendly people all over the place. Cons: Location Trade-off: While the ranch's proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park (just a 30-minute drive) is a major plus, it's not right in the heart of the city.……

“The unit is lovely and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. Shawn was wonderful and communicated well with us. Almost all the stores and restaurant around the property were closed until the middle/end of June. We didn’t know that until we got there , but we still had a great time and will visit again.”

“Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip.”
