"Property makes a great first impression with friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool area, good dining. Rooms a little tight but well equipped, though the in-counter fridge was not very cold. The spa shower was 10/10. Sleep, however, was difficult. Because of its size this hotel appeals to groups and conferences and the doors close heavily, shake the walls and echo down the hall as group members go between rooms throughout the night. We were really looking forward to this stay but will not return and would not recommend. There are more comfortable sleeps in Banff at this price. "
