"My three adult children and I stayed for three nights in a cabin. The front office staff and check-in were excellent and helpful! The room exceeded our expectations. We did, however, have a glass light shade fall, and shatter. Dinner service at the café and food quality was good. Breakfast was more busy than the staff could handle, we waited 30 minutes in line for food, one cashier with a line 25 people deep and no lids for coffee for two mornings. This unfortunately cut into our in the park time each day.
I understand food service is contracted out.
We would stay again as the property is wonderful and the staff excellent. For food service we would need to alter morning plans."
