"The front staff was amazing. Room was beautiful. However, we did have our room cleaned and they just threw the bed sheets and pillows on the bed. It was never made up. Did not take out the trash or clean the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress was wonderful. She remembered us and had our drinks ready when we sat down. Other than housekeeping the hotel was great."

There is a lift from the car park to the reception. Receptionists were very helpful. The only odd thing in our room was the location of the toilet in the bathroom which was so tight against the vanity unit, we had to sit slightly sideways to use it!"
