“We enjoyed this tiny house for a quick Spring Break trip. Waking up to the views of the water was perfection! We highly recommend Baja, the restaurant next door, for dinner. Overall, this house was very clean & very updated; property manager Scott was great to work with.”

“My family of seven traveled to Sandbridge Beach to celebrate the graduation of our grandson from high school and added in a couple extra days for a mini vacation!! The property was wonderfully located! So many amenities I don’t think we used them all!! Communication from and with Karen was great and quick! We will definitely stay here again!!”

“Overall a good stay. The camper fit our needs well and the location to the pool was great. It would have been nice to have some additional things in the kitchen. There were no large pots or bowls. The main other issue was not the fault of the owner of the camper or the property manager, it was the complex itself. The gate pass almost never worked. We spoke with a friend who owns a camper in the complex and they had to use an app to open the gate for us just to return onto the property. There……

“Our stay was during Hurricane Ian. It was a lot of wind and rain but overall, we had a ball riding out the storm. From the highest point of the house, it was an unobstructed view of the beach. The house does need updates as you could tell from the leaks during the storm. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful house”

“Property was clean and well appointed! Beach views were fantastic. Everything was clean and comfortable. Guest services were responsive and helpful, with a great attitude! Definitely would stay again.”

“Very good stay. However, not enough flatware. Advertised occupants are 14, yet there were only 11 forks, and not many more spoons or knives. Recommend more flatware. Also, the roasting pan had rust on the inside. Not very sanitary.”

“The property had all we needed, a lovely spot near the beach and the bay. The agent was very responsive when we had an issue with a power cut affecting the aircon.”
