The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. "Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out. We received 2 cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee was supplied with the kettle, so we had to do a visit to the ‘Hyper Dino’ for tea bags when we went out. We booked this hotel for its location in the town and would have preferred a room at the front as you would have a better view, the rest of the hotel faces high rise blocks of buildings and flats. There is a tiny view of the sea if you can see through the gaps. "
