A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music."

"We had a family room which has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms - had what we needed in the kitchenette for kids meal making, good number of towels and a nice big balcony - only downside is it didn’t get sun at any time really (was an inner room at end). "This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training. "

"We stayed at Allegro Isora in January and were lucky to have absolutely fantastic weather — plenty of sunshine and perfect temperatures for relaxing by the pool. It was an ideal winter escape. The hotel has three swimming pools, which is a big plus. There was always space to relax, and the pool area had a great holiday atmosphere. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable — fun, lively, and something to look forward to after dinner. It really added to the overall experience. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There was a good variety, everything was fresh, and we always found something we enjoyed. The overall atmosphere around the hotel felt friendly and relaxed, making it a pleasant place to spend our holiday. However, the rooms are quite tired and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. Some of the areas around the pool also look a bit worn and in need of updating. While everything was functional, the interiors don’t reflect a modern standard. Overall, we had a very nice stay thanks to the weather, food, pools, and entertainment. If you’re looking for a sunny getaway with a great atmosphere and don’t mind slightly dated rooms, it’s a solid option."
