“This was my fifth stay at this vrbo.It gets better every year, in part because Michale listens to constructive criticism and keeps making improvements.The AC settings are perfect, the wifi is fast and reliable.The kitchen has ample supply of cooking material.The place is very clean (although the areas under the bed and sofa had a few dust bunnies). ”

“The area is fine, but the place was, quite literally, falling apart - the stairs to the apartment building broke off as I stepped onto it. The door to the apartment building was open. It smelled like weed before you even stepped into the building. Once inside the apartment, I noticed a really damp smell everywhere. I found out there's black mold in the bathroom and around the AC units, which are also really loud. Parts of the dining table chairs are splintered off. VRBO support correctly...
