"Didn't eat breakfast as the hotel grossed me out with the stale moldy smell.The room was super small and so was the shower. The photos on website make it look new and spacious and both of yhose are a lie."

"Room was dated, not as clean as this caliber of hotel should be, and the in room dining was absolutely awful. We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front desk—they refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience. We will never return here! (In all fairness, Omni hotels are usually exceptionally great and we stay at them regularly)."
