Everything from checking in to checking out was excellent. The house was very well taken care of and very clean. They thought of everything a guest could need for the whole vacation: a golf cart, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and chairs. The pool was an added bonus and great after-hours at the beach. Also, we were greeted by deer in the early morning and evening hours. It was wonderful!

Saltseeker in Dune Allen

OK place. Main bedrooms upstairs were very warm at night. A/C couldn't keep up. Lack of ceiling fans didn't help either. Also had issues with golf cart but the property manager was quick to pick it up for maintenance and reimburse me for my troubles.

Great Vacation Spot.

Saltseeker is the perfect vacation spot! We wanted to bring our dog with us on vacation and that limited our options. Saltseeker however surpassed all other properties by far and allowed us to bring our dog! The house, pool and property are comfortable, convenient, and private. It is an easy walk to the beach. Beach in the morning, shops and attractions in the afternoon, swim in the pool as we used the grill in the evening. Great time! We will be baack.

Santa Rosa Beach property; Property beautiful and very clean.

House was beautiful and clean with 3 masters and a bunk room, plenty of room for the family. Heated in ground pool (extra charge for heating) very nice. Location in neighborhood close to a public beach access. Communication with host excellent with quick reply times. The only negative, which hosts have no control of, is construction in the neighborhood, across the street and directly behind the property next to the pool lanai. Otherwise, property is surrounded by trees.

We will be back

This was our first time to 30A. The property was gorgeous and I didn’t feel like we were right next to our neighbors because of the mature growth on the property. But I may be simple but the fact that they had laundry baskets in every room made this momma of 3 boys very happy. The golf cart was an added bonus and so helpful getting to and from the beach. I asked a number of questions before hand and they were answered right away! Great town, great beach and great house! We will be back!! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house!

Winter 2023 in Florida

We spent a month in the property to get away from winter in the Midwest. The property was exactly as pictured and the location could not have been better. We loved the neighborhood and could hear the ocean when outside. Easy walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride to the beach. We had a minor issue with internet and Shawna went above an beyond to resolve quickly. Kitchen had everything we needed and property is very comfortable and decor is inviting. There is a lot of construction in the area in general and was loud at times during the day. Not specific to this property but should be aware if you need quiet after 7am. I should not that this seemed to be the case along 30A. We would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed cooking dinner at night and playing games. Our dogs were so happy, the back yard was perfect for them. We were close to everything but quite. We got the pool heated - awesome! Spent alot of time in the pool at night. Perfect vacation spot. No matter what question or questions I had for owners, I was answered with in 10 minutes. OVER ALL GREAT!!!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Our vacation at Saltseeker was a terrific experience. The house was beautiful and stocked with just about everything we could have needed. Shawna was very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautifully decorated, well located property

We had three adult couples staying at this house for a week. We enjoyed it very much. Pros: Very well decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, ensuite bathrooms, 6 seater golf cart, close to the beach, pool on property, TVs in every room, and almost fully enclosed yard for pets (one of our pets figured out how to get out near the front porch!). Cons: Cannot open microwave fully, construction in neighborhood (not a problem unless you want to sleep past 8:00AM), bedroom on first floor has very little privacy.

Quiet Family Retreat

What a lovely vacation! Quiet neighborhood and so close to the beach. We had everything we needed. One note - we had two older teens and thought the bunk room would be fine, but it was a little too small for them. The room is perfect for smaller children.

Great Santa Rosa stay

House was beautifully done. The pool was perfect. We loved the quiet location away from the huddle and bustle but still close to the beach. The beds were super comfy! We could have used a couple more days. The only disappointment was how tiny the bunk room was .

Clean and updated beautiful home in great location

The home was very clean and decorated nicely. We absolutely loved the pool. Exactly as described in the listing. The golf cart was great to have for trips to the beach and for dinners out nearby. Kitchen was stocked and initial supplies of laundry detergent, dish washer tabs and dish soap provided along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Highly recommend!!!

Best VACAY home rental

This home has everything you could ever need on a vacation rental. They have thought of every possible need and filled it before you knew you needed it. Plenty of space to spread out. The golf cart was very handy to get all 6 of us to the beach since car parking was minimal beachside. The pool was refreshing after a hot beach day.

Seek no more!

Saltseeker is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities: modern, comfortable furniture, beautiful art, well-stocked kitchen, large fenced backyard, private pool, and garage. We have stayed in approximately twenty 30A houses over the years and this is absolutely one of the nicest. And it is so close to the beach - a 5 to 7 minute walk. A couple surprises were that there was not a "public" bathroom in the house (all were in bedrooms), and the bunk room is teeny tiny - good for small kids but not great for bigger kids or adults. All bedrooms had televisions (two in the bunk room), lamps, nightstands, and additional furniture that made them very comfortable and "just like home, but nicer." The enclosed porch was also well appointed and extremely helpful when members of our party had online work meetings or wanted quiet time. It was also a great place to leave the dogs when we left the house. Finally, our host Shawna was extremely helpful and communicative, immediately responding to emails from our first contact to the end of our stay. We loved Saltseeker and you will, too.

Fabulous!!

This place was perfect! We loved everything about it! So much attention to detail - made us feel at home. The house, itself, is gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked! We loved that we could bring our dog. The location is also perfect. So close to the beach - just a quick 5 minute walk. Loved that the bikes and golf cart were included in the rental. The owners were so easy to deal with! Many great memories made during our stay! We would definitely stay here again! Love, love, love!
