The inviting living area features a plush leather sectional and two rocking/swivel chairs—perfect for rocking a baby, swiveling to take in views of the emerald waters, or settling in for a cozy family movie night on the Smart TV. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 10) This four-bedroom plus bunk room condo is designed for families and groups to gather in comfort: Primary Suite: King bed, private bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and a desk for remote work. Large walk-in closet (fits the provided Pack ’n Play). Second Bedroom: King bed with private bath. Third Bedroom: Two queen beds with adjoining hall bath. Fourth Bedroom: Two queen beds with a connected bathroom (also opens to hallway). BONUS Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. Each bedroom is outfitted with 100% cotton linens, Smart TVs, and bedside charging stations. Bathrooms feature plush cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap, and hair dryers. No issues at all with the unit, but there are parking challenges if you have more than 2 cars in your party. Make sure to bring your own chairs and no tents allowed. It’s very expensive to rent and you must do so well in advance to get a good spot. Location location location! You are literally just steps from the beach and the pool out the back door is private as well! The house was well stocked, the ice maker was super handy and the beds were very comfortable. Good restaurants, ice cream and coffee were all within walking distance. The two free bikes came in handy and renting additional bikes was very simple and onsite. The fireworks on the beach for 4th of July were amazing and we didn’t have the leave for such a show! We were right on the ocean side pool and a few steps from the beach. It was very convenient for our kids to monitor our grand daughters when they took naps. Glorious sugar sand beach, aquamarine waters...this place is paradise. There are 4 pools (1 heated) and a hot tub and a workout room. Plenty of great places to eat and things to do if you are of a mind too. Multigenerational families from all over.
