It has a small spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a very short ceiling that my husband used for working. “We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. “The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily. It is easy to walk to State St. to enjoy shopping, restaurants and the farmer's market. We even walked from the condo all the way to the Pier one afternoon and had a great time enjoying the beach. “Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. “This place was absolutely fantastic; an easy 5 stars. It was very clean with brand new appliances and mostly great furniture. The beds were both comfortable. It is clear that everything about the place is high quality. The pictures don't due the back patio justice. It is a lovely space with a stunning view of the city below. Management was quick to respond to any questions and overall very helpful. I would not hesitate in the slightest to rent this place again if I ever had need to come back……

“This property was lovely, well designed, well equipped, great beds, excellent location with many restaurants close by. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of light from outside. Having said that I was there during unusual weather with rain, clouds and cold. The good outweighed the light issue enough that if I returned I think I would still stay there.”

After doing some digging I found out from the owner that the property is listed on VRBO, but it should have been taken off over a year ago.
