Lovely old inn. Great stay, parking was easily accessed in the back. Tasty breakfast, cakes, cookies and wine or tea and coffee in the afternoon. Very cozy and comfortable. Read the room description on the inns website to see which floor it is on, mine was on the third. Would love more plug ins for my electronics. Will stay here again.

Exceeds expectations!!! Planning your visit with a Bead and Breakfast is the way to go. Easiest to self check in and simply walk out upon check out with complete nostalgic accommodations and amenities as if you were at your grandma's.💗 Yolanda the care taker is exceptional at running the place. Cookies and Pastries served at 4Pm Wine served at 6pm Breakfast in the morning Midnight snacks are at the table when you need them. A real home town stay for slow living built in authenticity.

The property was easy to find with good parking. The property was beautiful. We were greeted with delicious homemade pastries and a glass of wine which we enjoyed on their gorgeous patio. We had great conversations with the other guests. The room was fully equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were served a full homemade breakfast. We then had a short 1 mile walk to the Santa Barbara Mission. My husband and I had just spent 5 days driving down the coast staying at different hotels and B and B’s. This was by far my favorite.

We decided to extend our trip, stay one more night and found this place and couldn’t have gotten luckier! It is absolutely adorable! The wallpaper, the outside patio, the kind ladies running it, all so beautiful! The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and so nice of them to do. It is in a nice, quiet, slow area, perfect for a restful getaway. I already recommended it to a friend because of cute it was so if you are considering stay here, book it! You will not be disappointed!
