Mike was so nice! Working hard to make things perfect. The spot was great for this time of year - not so much traffic. We will be renting the 2 bedroom next time.

Mike’s place is great…clean, cozy and convenient to all that Anna Maria has to offer. His communication was excellent. (Always got quick replies any time I reached out). The bed is super comfortable and the location was perfect. Right across the street from beautiful Bradenton Beach. We saw dolphins and manatee pretty much every day and the walk to Bridge Street takes mere minutes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mike’s place!!!

We loved the location….directly across beach.Unit was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our beach vacation…..from beach chairs to kitchen accessories! Not one issue. We will definitely return!

10 days in paradise

This place is a prefect location if you are planning to walk while on the island. Right across from the gulf. 5ish min walk to the bay and about the same for bridge street and several restaurants.

Beach trip

The location was nice only you cant see the beach from the room like the pictures show. I thought i would be able to walk out the front door and see the beach thats one reason why I booked this location. Also all the equipment is old and frail. Ripping apart from the sun. It raind and we were on the back patio and wanted to put the umbrella cover for the table but it was broken so we had no protection fprotection from the rain. . But it was ok for the price i guess.

Great location, Clean and complete with kitchen utensils. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants and to the famous Bridge street. With a designated parking for each Villa. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. And hassle free check in & check out.

Lovely Villa

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for daily visits. The condo had everything you would need for a beach day: a small cooler, a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of towels. Communication with Mike was excellent- he was always quick to respond and very helpful, especially when we had a minor issue that was resolved promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would stay there again.

Week say at Salty Living

Clean, all the amenities you need for a weeks stay. Will be returning to Salty Living Rentals on our next trip to the island. Mike is a wonderful host and very responsive to requests.

Well needed vacation

We had not been away for many months, so this trip was well needed. The apartment was cute and had all the amenities. The one picture that shows the beach directly across the street was misleading, as there was a valet parking lot across the street and to get to the beach we had to walk to the corner, wait for the crosswalk signal, cross the street and walk a couple hundred feet to the beach access. I feel this should be mentioned. There was a beach wagon for use, but we opted to carry our beach gear. Overall it was a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

Convenient and perfect location.

Property location was great. Clean and spacious. Parking space was a plus for us. We stayed for a short stay but would return and stay here. Communication w/ PM was easy and accessible.
