"The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. "Convenient location but hotel extremely dated. You get what you pay for but the hotel was tired, the room smelled really musty. Aircon didn’t work - said they’d tried to fix it but couldn’t and suggested opening the window!! Bathroom was extremely small and a wet room which flooded with limited drainage. "Quite a nice hotel to stay in, however, we found the neighborhood to be very noisy at night. There are a couple of bars just outside the front entrance, and the alleyway is busy at night. It is a pleasant walk from the train station, check in was easy and the room was fine."

"Hotel is practical for business travellers - no significant sights so if you are a tourist you will find more charming places in the hills near Piacenza. I was to late in arrival to try their evening restaurant. It looks more like a breakfast restaurant ie not particularly “cosy” My room was well clean-keep in mind hotels cleanliness is generally very good in Italy. If not, they loose clients and ultimately close. "
