“It appeared the complex was undergoing repairs/renovation. There was no pool and access to the beach first night was blocked with yellow tape. The bathrooms on the first floor for beach goers to use were being renovated and were closed. Views from our 4th floor balcony were breathtaking and were consistent with picture on the site. However none of the windows opened to hear the ocean while sleeping. That info was not shared until we arrived and received the PDF instructions. :( The condo itself……

“Property was mostly excellent. Furnishings are very nice, except for creaky bed headboard. Balcony view & furniture great! Condo door security pad had wrong code, so check in wasn't smooth & call to host was required. Lack of a closet meant no hangers which would be an issue on a longer stay; our stay was sadly short, so me made do. Would definitely consider staying again.”

“Not in a location I expected, very close to highway road which could be loud. Place cute, but had a stale cigarette smoke/wintergreen type smell which was not pleasant. (Like stale bad breath) No everyday condiments like salt and pepper…..It served our purpose for a couple of days.”

“We were looking for a place to stay while visiting the Kennedy Space Center and we are happy we found this unit with an amazing oceanfront view where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises while sipping your cup of coffee or tea. It’s location on the sixth floor also allows you to enjoy a nice breeze at night. The owners did a nice job decorating it with a charming beach theme and keeping it exceptionally clean and well-stocked with items you may need during your stay. We also enjoyed our daily……
