“It appeared the complex was undergoing repairs/renovation. There was no pool and access to the beach first night was blocked with yellow tape. The bathrooms on the first floor for beach goers to use were being renovated and were closed. Views from our 4th floor balcony were breathtaking and were consistent with picture on the site. However none of the windows opened to hear the ocean while sleeping. That info was not shared until we arrived and received the PDF instructions. :( The condo itself……

“We rented the unit for 2.5 weeks in February. Paid a premium price. We had 2.5 weeks w/o any HVAC, 1 day w/o water, 2 days w/o 1 elevator working and countless days with very difficult parking issues. I asked for a discount and received 10% off the dates affected.
