Great Melbourne Beach hotel.. Property is well maintained compared to others in the area. Rooms are spacious and beach view is awesome. Good location with lots of great eating places nearby. Easy beach access. Competitively priced.

Great hotel for a view from the balcony - staff are helpful and friendly. Only short fall is stepping up the outdoor area (pool / bar). Very few lounge chairs -weird inside room to order food from near bar. Comparing the vibe with hotels within walking distance & notable difference.

Location was good, and the view from the room was great. Just a very old and very basic hotel. None of the amenities were really operating, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. The drain in the bathroom was blocked, so the water just accumulated in the shower. All tiles throughout the apartment with no rugs or anything for under your feet was a little bit frustrating. Bed was comfortable. It just felt like an old hotel that had been renovated, which was fine.

While our room was clean the odor in the room was pretty powerful and unpleasant. Lots of other reviews mention this as well which makes it disappointing that management must not want to address this. With that said the view and location is wonderful. No real meaningful amenities. All staff we interacted with were extra friendly. Lobby could use a deep clean. Hot water heater in the bedroom made noise all night. Air conditioner in room controls didn’t work, seemed like it was designed that way. Bed was really comfy and good room size. Would consider again for a short stay but not more than one or two nights…

It was a beautiful view and very private room. I enjoyed that I didn’t hear sounds or noises from other guests staying. Staff was kind. The pool water temperature was great. I didn’t like that we didn’t have a microwave in our room, the tub was stained a yellowish color and the AC wasn’t the best. We kept very hot especially at bedtime. The bedroom TV kept getting disconnected from the WiFi and didn’t work. The cafe was closed most of our stay and the pool water and lounge chairs were dirty.

The room seemed clean but had a smell I couldn't get rid of. Amenities are interesting because there are only a few ice machines working as well as a microwave accessible since there aren't any in the rooms. Beach view is always amazing, however. My stay was quiet and with a spray I purchased, I tried to make the room usable. Staff were always pleasant.

For the price I really regret not staying at the Hilton next door. The elevators and staging areas for elivator are very hot with no ac. Room had a slight odor but was clean and up to par outside a few stains on our sheets. Honestly if the price was about half of what we paid it would be a great place to stay but for premium pricing it just isn't worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful just hotel needs a little work to be the destination it once was years ago.

Our stay was okay. The room was clean the a/c was cold the view of the beach on point. Pool and pool area was clean. Staff is very good. We only had 2 things that were not great. There was a strange smell that was hard to get used to and (not the holtes fault) the beach had a ton of seaweed. Over all evjoyed our stay. We do recommend.

Wonderful breathtaking ocean views. Comfortable spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room. Accommodating personnel. Very personable, and informative. The pool was nice with music and a small bar to order a cocktail or mocktail. I believe there was also a menu but we went over to Lou's Blues. The location is excellent -- right on A1A with several restaurants to choose from. They are renovating so full breakfast was not available yet. Starbucks coffee on-site and 2 Starbucks nearby. We'd definitely go back!!
