"This was our second stay at this hotel, lasting 10 nights. We found everything good regarding the hotel's location and room cleanliness. We especially want to thank Agnes, our housekeeper. She is a genuinely nice person, always has a good smile, and kept our room neat and tidy. On the other hand, we feel parking should not be charged on top of the room price."

"Free Shuttle I called three times at airport, I wasted 30mins for waiting at post 37 at Pearson airport."

"I like that this place is clean and well maintained, staff are really nice and understands people's need. I would say this place is not really convenient, buses take an hour to get to Mississauga Square one, and Toronto is obviously further, but I was aware of it. More suitable for people with cars."

"The place is convenient to grab foods. I send question before arriving didn't be answered, so you may not get support in time. The shuttle bus is pretty old and hard to recognize, you will need to wait for another 30 mins if you missed it. I found a curve hair at my hand wash sink which I felt uncomfortable. You can enjoy some snacks and drinks during happy hour. The pillow is soft with big bed so you can laid on bed well. There is noise while your neighbors slaping the door or kids running everywhere. I can only say it is good and bad you can try to visit. Anyway it is always full so it's a popular hotel."

"We called to ask for the hotel transfer and the guy told me the wrong spot S5 to wait. After 20 mins wait we called again and they gave us the right R3 spot but the shuttle is every half hour so we wait for another 20 mins before being taken to hotel . Quite disappointing. They should have clear instructions on the hotel confirmation so we don't need to search for it."
