"Very convenient location in a busy area near Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). It is right downtown, so even though there is visible homelessness, there is also ton of people and students in the area. Great small restaurants all around the area and included breakfast at hotel was great -friendly servers. No stopping place to drop off luggage for check in was the most stressful thing about the location - except in the coach bus area. Rooms are small but bathrooms were recently renovated. Gently closing hotel doors is great - so no banging doors."

"Great hotel, was perfect for our family trip. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Kids loved the pool, it wasnt too deep and well maintained. Parking was expensive 70$ on site 35$ across the road."
