“We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). Had a great time. Perfect location. Right in the middle of Cook Forest; close to Macbeth's and the river. Wish it were set a little further back from the road but that's just personal preference. It had a large wrap around porch with latched gates which was nice for our dog. Cabin was a great mix of rustic and modern. Cabin kept nice and cool with a/c units. Impressed with hot water in shower and many towels provided which……

“I was there with my wife and one of our daughters to attend a memorial for a deceased family member. My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! Sitting around the campfire has always been a source of enjoyment and our time there was no exception. While we live 600 miles……
