This oceanfront-bluff house sleeps up to 4 and puts you steps from coastal trails, with a private hot tub and access to Sea Ranch recreation centers. The Space: Settle into a quiet, private retreat designed for relaxation. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sleeps 4 comfortably and offers a calm, coastal vibe with thoughtful comforts throughout. The main living area is bright and welcoming, with space to gather, unwind, and enjoy easy flow to the kitchen and dining area. A queen-sized Murphy bed with large OLED Smart TV and sound system in the living room adds flexible sleeping options and with the adjacent half bath, is perfect for movie night. The full kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and serveware so you can cook in when you’d like. Step outside to breathe the sea air and soak in the private hot tub just off the downstairs suite. Books, games and puzzles are also available. Two wood-burning fireplaces (including one in the king suite) set the tone for cozy evenings. Additional conveniences include fiber-optic internet, a washer/dryer, self-check-in, driveway parking for up to two cars, and a Tesla charger. Jan 15, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy This review is long overdue...we had such a FANTASTIC time here I had to share, that the booking, communication with host, architecturally stunning well equipped house, location and overall incredible feeling of just being there makes the Pacific Overlook a 5 star experience. The bluff trail passes right in front of the home, so as long as you dont mind the occasional walker by being able to see you in the LR and kitchen, its perfect, with filtered views of the ocean. BR's are private so no worries there. One of the highlights is being so close to Gualala, and once on the bluff trail, its a beautiful stroll to the main beach, the interesting drfiftwood sculptures and 1,000 pelican gatherings.
