“Staff was wonderful. Not sure what was going on in the lobby and other common areas but the main doors were always propped open with box fans running. It is a non smoking property but the hallways had a stench of old cigarettes. Pool was ice cold and small which my kids were unable to really enjoy. Whirlpool was blocked off and covered so that was unavailable. Room was fairly clean when we arrived and we had to ask for our trash to be taken out and linens replenished (we were there for 3 days). ……
