“Friendly staff, clean room, nice view over the pool. Each room has a small patio - nice to sit out there and relax. I enjoyed my stay.”

“The breakfast is very nice and delicious. The egg and sausage are tasty and better than the ones we had in Hyatt House. ”

“The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The only Con about the room we had is that it is connected with another room so you can hear everything from that room. Overall we loved the stay and can’t wait to go back!!”

“Convenient location for My Visit Nice Place”

“We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with……

“The fridge was not clean. Dirty dishes and pans left in the dishwasher. Several holes in the walls. TV remote had dead batteries. Window air conditioners had gaps around the units letting warm air in from outside. Bugs would scatter in the kitchen when the lights were turned on. Debris scattered all over the property from long term residents. If you choose to stay here, beware.”

“Cute listing, but sleeps comfortably for 2 not 4. Washer and dryer are in the basement.”

“Everything was great”

“Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall”

“This place is lovely! It was exactly as described and shown in photos. We loved all the outdoor spaces including the lush backyard (which feels like your own private butterfly garden) and pool. We wanted for nothing and other than a couple of dog walks, we never left the property. It was just too homey and peaceful. We hope to stay again soon!”

“Great spot nestled in a riverside area. So "shiny" it must be a recent renovation. Restaurants less than a block away, a coffee shop, and pretty much anything you need within walking distance. Great views from the second story porch and attentive staff if you need anything. I was on business travel but if I go back for vacation I hope they have a place for me there.”

“Good size and location and would use it again”

“Absolutely the best communication, location and beautiful condo.”

“After arriving with small children they did not have a room/property for us. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They do not honor VRBO bookings and were no help in finding us a new place to stay nearby.”

“Very cozy, everything is in walking distance, nice place!”
