“The back yard was surrounded by a private fence . The back porch had a gate to keep my soon to be 2 year old grandson from running out to pool. Beach was across the road. We loved the back porch with its ceiling fans and small fridge. Had tons of pool floats and toys. Also chairs for the beach and boogie boards. ”

“Our family of 8 really enjoyed this house. It is clean and bright and has a great kitchen and dining room. The back patio is nice with a pool and tiki hut. We had fun and will come again.”

“We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return……

“We had a great weekend on the beach in Cocoa. This house had such a relaxing vibe. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The suite downstairs was really spacious with a full bathroom. It had a king size bed and a twin bed and room enough for toddler cot. The outdoor deck was huge with a nice seating area and also a dining table and gas grill. The house was fully equipped and being right on the beach was the best. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!”
