Serene Ranch House

  • This is the perfect place to plan a gathering, a reunion, or even just to get some quiet time away but be close to town and conveniences. We have two large family areas, work out equipment, huge kitchen, laundry, garage, manicured grassy areas, even toys for the kids! Many who participate in events at the Black Hawk Arena stop to stay because we offer outdoor stables for horses to be kept. It is a great property for everyone!

Fun ranch house

Our family really enjoyed staying in the house for a Christmas gathering. It was comfortable for all of us, and it had some great spaces to be together. We liked the private location with great views and lots of quiet. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing

Had a baseball tourney in this area. The house was the highlight of the weekend. Being able to be together and have areas to relax between games was amazing! Place is beautiful and very accommodating. We loved the property. Will come back every time we can.

Family Haven

Our whole family immensely enjoyed this property on Easter Weekend! It had everything we needed and was such a comfortable home to be in. It is secluded but close to stores and needed services. The property manager was especially wonderful to work with - very personable! We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance!

Family get together

We met up for an overnighter for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This was kind of a center point for all the family to meet up. The house was big and clean. Great place for us all to meet up. Kind of expensive for a 1 night stay, but it was worth it.

Fun location for a solar eclipse

This property is fairly remote without being “middle of nowhere”. It was perfect for our needs. We were searching for a location that could host a large group for a solar eclipse and this was perfect. We weren’t there very long but enjoyed our time there.

Nice big house

We didn't get access to the house until very late at night. The digital keys weren't sent. Wifi was down too so we had a rough start. The manager finally got us a code to get in and had the Wifi fixed. If you need a place for several people this is a good way to go. We would book again.
