“Very nice staff. Hotel's swimming pool, bar , restaurant are fabulous. Very close to train station and beach. Highly recommended specially you are planning to visit Cinque Terre.”

“From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.”

“Our air conditioning unit didn’t work when we arrived. We called the front desk, they sent up someone who replaced the battery and said it should be fine. It still wasn’t working, so we called the front desk again and another person came up and couldn’t tell us why it wasn’t working. The front desk sent up a portable unit, but to get that working you have to leave the back door open to our room. Unfortunately, everyone has access to our room from the back door. We didn’t feel safe sleeping in a……
