“The property was exactly what we were looking for. It had something for everyone. Positives were the views, the pool table and games, great kitchen, just a beautiful place. The one negative is the above the garage studio didn’t have a little dinette. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a group of 11 stay for a week, property was well maintained, offered everything our family could want (kids loved the swim spa and hooking up their video games in the theater room) and was in a great location close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.”

“Room was super clean. Overall decor is old fashioned - country style but that is intentional. Staff was very attentive. Just my personal opinion is that It felt like I was in another person’ house and not a “paying guest”, so for me that felt kind of weird, so I preferred to be inside the room while I was there, but it was just me, and nothing to do with the hotel.”

Everything was perfect…just what we wanted and needed for a weekend away. The arcade was a blast to play, too. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back!”

“The house is exactly as you see it on VRBO. We needed some towels for the pool and some kitchen items. They were very quick to respond and have the items dropped off. They even threw in some cookies to boot. I would recommend this house for a fun family vacation. Great place!”
