“We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water. ”

“Great, historical place to stay when in Lynchburg, TN. The people that run it now were very nice and gave us fresh eggs from the chickens that roam the property. We stayed in the carriage house and it was exactly as advertised. Look forward to staying there again in the future. ”

“If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. ”
