“The apartment itself was clean and consistent with the photos. If you hope to get into your unit before 4pm, good luck! Requested early check-in, told to call the day of at 1pm. Did so and told no early check in was possible and must wait to 4pm. The code that was released for access at 3:50 pm for the building and unit were wrong. Had to call management several times, as did not answer phone on first two attempts. Finally texted another code. Spoke with other renters and they all had the same...

“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
