“The rooms were so bad that I did not stay and the people at the front desk would not refund my money. The rooms that I looked at smelled like mildew and smoke. The first room that I looked at, had water dripping from the supply line at the toilet. I did not spend the night at this property and I would not recommend anybody else stay at this property.”

“I came at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and they allowed me to check in early so I had a great and awesome experience and I can’t wait to do it again next year as we have to make a theme for me and my husband to come every year for his birthday and this is our second year. Look forward to seeing you guys again next year.”

“We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We……

“Outstanding !”

“The entire time you are talking a to a BOT. Never a live person. Your host is a virtual person. All your questions and concerns are answered by a BOT. Checking in is very mechanical and unwelcoming. They won't let you know where your is or how to get in the building until 5 minutes before checking time 4:00 PM. We wanted to check in only 1 hour earlier than 4:00 PM, and the BOT would tell us that it will cost us $28 if we wanted to check in at 3:00, Even though the unit was available. I am……

“Spiders and spider webs and dusty behind dresser, under bed and base boards, under bed and closet. The new upgrade was awesome but I hate spiders and dust and I’m pretty sure most people do, sorry but you asked”

“Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed……

“Amazing communication and the apartment was wonderful!! You literally can't beat the price for being a 5 minute walk from beale”

“This was a great place to stay. If you have the chance, you should stay here!”

“Très propre et bien aménagé pour 6 personnes sans problème. Lits confortables, air climatisé très efficace, assez calme. Cuisine entièrement équipée, café, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle et autres savons fourni. Les photos reflète très bien la réalité. L’arrivée et le départ s’est fait facilement. Seul bémol, j’aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que l’appartement était au 3 ieme étage, l’information de départ était pas clair.”

“Clean and cute easy to access.”
