“Primeramente la foto en el site no es lo que recibes. El lugar huele a humedad terriblemente. No hay ventana en el cuarto. Sucio el piso y con basura en el safacon de la cocina. No habia jabon para bañarse tampoco. Este lugar no debe estar en VRBO pues le da mala reputacion .applicaci9n. ”

“We had an enjoyable stay. Glad we had the whole place to ourselves. There are technically 2 rental units in the one house. The 1st unit had a kitchen with the living/dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one had a TV). There is door in the hallway that connects to the 2nd unit, which has a separate mini kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (with TV). My oldest enjoyed feeling like she had her own apartment for our stay. The mini apartment unit connected to the back terrace area and the laundry.……

“Location was great across a small road to the ocean. Very clean and secure. A little tricky finding the address but the host guided us right to the house. Overall good experience ”

“Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.”

“In reality it’s an old building. It’s hot and the ACs are typical room style units. Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. Not a hard fix, some dry wall above the door of the second room could keep the temperature in that room. Also, you could insulate the shutters with glass to keep the air in the rooms and mosquitoes out. While it’s not a bad place and about a 1k investment could solve……

“The home is lovely! Has good WiFi access, the kitchen is modern & functional! Getting here from the airport was literally a breeze after picking up our rental from the airport! Check-in took longer than expected b/c the host provided us the wrong code, he took a while to respond but eventually we got in! ”
