"The aptly named Beautiful 1820 brick house is situated between the Adirondacks and practically on Lake Champlain. The house is big and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. They spared no expense in renovating the house with every attention to the smallest of details. I can't wait to go back and stay longer this time with our hosts, Annette & Chris."

"I promised my kids I would give our stay at Susan's house as many stars as I could. They wanted to give it a hundred stars, but alas, 5 is the limit. We obviously had a great time. The littler people loved having so many things to play with, including air hockey, ping pong, the tetherball, and the other fun options available. "Beware of the stairs. They are nice well maintained stairs, but some people can't or will have a hard time managing them. Typical old farm house, steep narrow stairs. Owners were very nice."

It is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to do in the downtown area. We were with our son and his girlfriend, celebrating the completion of their junior year in college. There was plenty of room for all four of us. "Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me."
