“My husband and I just had a mini "stay-cation" from Orlando and we visit the area at least twice a year of not more usually always staying somewhere new. We both agree that we will be returning here again n are planning on being family with as well. From the facility to the staff everything was great. And a special thanks to Mark the front desk attendant who went over and beyond, with a great personality and sense of humor made us feel comfortable right away. Thank you again! ”

“Clean, welcoming, and excellent customer service. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Beach and beach rentals are right out the door. The only thing I did not like was not getting a price adjustment when I abandoned my rental because of heavy rain 15 minutes after I rented it. ”

“Loved it will definitely be staying here again. The property does need some upgrades, or it just needs to be taken care of a little better (the hot tub looks its age, and a couple floor boards in the room were poking up) but overall it’s great. You can walk to anything and Ubers are always less than a minute away. The tiki bar is amazing we got to see a different band each night, and the drinks are great.”

“The property was beautiful and the 2 restaurants on site are great. The service at the restaurants and at the bar was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view. I am very picky about hotels so I have a few comments…the coffee machine in the room is for espresso only. There was no American coffee, cream or sugar. The Sandbar had some flooding due to the rain. I tried to extend the checkout an hour or two because I wasn’t feeling well, but the hotel could not accommodate that. The beach is not……

“The staff is very nice, helpful and usually in a good mood. The facilities are a bit rundown in some parts (not all) but nothing major. The beach is right in front, there are cabanas to use, clean towels every day... It is fine for a beach holiday. The pool-side restaurant would benefit from having a slightly wider choice and use less salt :) ”
