“I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return.……

“This apartment in the City Center of Siena is beautiful & has amazing views. After initially renting the VRBO, Gianluca was very communicative through the website about all details involving the apartment, travel, transportation/parking & recommendations, which was very helpful. Allesandro met us when we arrived & showed us around the apartment & gave us some recommendations for food, shopping, transportation. His recommendation to Ristorante Il Salotto for dinner was awesome & we enjoyed……

“From the moment we set eyes on this place, we knew that we chose well. Not only is it exquisitely beautiful, but it is very comfortable. The setting is spectacular. The owners who greeted us were friendly. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good too with plenty of hot water in the showers. The kitchen was well-equipped. Al fresco eating made it perfect. We hated to leave and would recommend others to book without any questions.”

Daniella met us at the apartment and it was easily found by taxi from the train station. The pictures are accurate and the apartment is spacious , well equipped and very quiet. Close grocery store nearby and lots of restaurants close by as well. Great location to get around everywhere in Siena We would highly recommend the apartment”

Meticulously clean and the host is an excellent communicator. This villa was professionally renovated, has larger bedrooms than expected and amazing views. It is a great stay.”

“The property was lovely. It was clean, had everything we needed for a family of 4 and had fantastic views. Location was very good, a 10-15 minute walk into the old city but was a bit hilly so we drove to the gate and walked from there. Also a good location for driving into the countryside for Tuscan sight seeing and restaurants. Anna and Mario were responsive and helpful and had good recommendations.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is perfect…there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it’s in walking distance to all the major attractions. The property owners were wonderful…quick to reply, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. The only thing I want to point out is there are quite a few stairs leading up to the apartment. “Nous n'avons pas mis 5 étoiles pour la propreté car on a constaté quelques restes de poussière mais rien de grave. Nous avons séjourné début novembre avec parfois peu de soleil et le logement est assez sombre. A noter que la chambre communique avec la cuisine/salon/couchage (mezzanine).”

“We enjoyed our 10-day stay at this conveniently located and roomy apartment, an easy walk to the main piazza in downtown Siena. It was clean and had a well-supplied kitchen and laundry, two key requirements for us for week-plus stays. The property manager met us at the door with the key and showed us around. The apartment itself also has several small balconies (though no furniture on them) and from two of them you have a lovely view of Siena. Living in this apartment felt very much like we had……
