“Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The beds were soft but not particularly comfortable and were very loud every time you shifted positions (bed was creaky and comforter was crinkly). “Very nice and clean place with lots of beach toys, which were great.”

“We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughter’s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy. Eric great about being in contact. He had a very nice assistant work with us as we arrived. Our flight was terribly delayed, and he stuck with us with kindness. Everything was clean. Excellent instructions easily found. Wonderful artwork and posters. Didn’t use kitchen except for fridge; however, easily could……

“I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. ”

“The apartment is very nicely located. Excellent location! Unfortunately, there were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Besides, there was only one chair on the balcony. A chair and a table were missing so we could have sat outside.”

“Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown……
