“This studio was clean, cute, nicely arranged and stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment and had plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils for eating and cooking. It even had spices, baggies for food storage, and plenty of cleaning supplies as well. I really appreciated the water purifier with a separate faucet in the sink for drinking water. There was a gallon container of cold purified water in the refrigerator that we refilled and drank……

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived to find dirty floors, dust, used kitchen sponges, laundry left in the washing machine, missing household items, and an unusable sofa bed that was severely sagging. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. We booked this property expecting proper beds, but spent the first night on a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping. An air mattress was later provided, but that is not what we paid for. The property manager was polite and……
